Site Visits or Service calls may have a fuel cost credited toward project if given the work. 

It is the owners policy to always leave a client or customer at least 100% satisfied or as close to being 100% satisfied as their budget permits.  Being pragmatic, you can please some of the people 100% of the time and all the people some of the time, but satisfying everyone 100% of the time, (LOL) laugh out loud, I don't think so.... Not in this day and age! But it is the owner's practice to strive for everyone to be 100% satisfied and if we have to do a little extra at no additional cost, so be it.  It is simply sound business and good common sense for future business and referrals.  If your not satisfied, were not done!
